Muguette Siem A Sjoe, Owner and Creative Mind behind Melt is a foodie with a passion for creative haute-cuisine. Muguette, a successful fashion designer created a warm and welcoming interior to help you unwind and rev up for fun.
Mark Simmons, Executive Chef and a former contestant on Bravo Tv’s Top Chef, Season 4 carefully prepares pure, honest and sustainable Modern American cuisine using fresh seasonal ingredients. Born and raised on a sheep farm on the southern tip of New Zealand, he adapted a “live off the land” philosophy and holds strong onto his local, sustainable and seasonal point of view. His experiences working throughout Australia, South East Asia, Japan and Europe is the foundation of his culinary education.
For guests to discover new foods and sample innovative culinary creations the 1st Tuesday of every month, Melt hosts "Taste Life Tuesday", a 5 course tasting menu $30 prix fixe created special each time. Enhance your dining experience, pair each course with a taste of 5 carefully selected wines $20.
With simple yet sophisticated food and a carefully selected beer and wine list chosen to pair well with the food, everyday becomes a special occasion. Celebrate with the creative and exciting signature cocktails.
